Skin Business AcceleratorPatient acquisition for clinics

This is not a job page. This is a filter. If the story below pulls you in, you are probably the kind of person we want to work with. If it does not, we have done you a favour.
SBA is the growth partner for some of India's most ambitious dermatology, hair transplant, aesthetic, and cosmetic surgery clinics. We turn ad spend into walk ins, walk ins into procedures, and procedures into clinic brands that own their city. We operate across paid media, conversion systems, content, sales, and authority building. We do not pitch theory. We ship work that moves the P&L.
This page exists because we are growing the team. Below is the long version of why we exist, what working here actually looks like, who thrives here, who does not, and the four open seats. Read it slowly. The roles are at the bottom.
Why we existIndia is sitting on the largest aesthetic and dermatology boom in its history. Skin clinics, hair transplant centres, cosmetic surgery practices, and medical brands are scaling faster than ever. Founders who used to run a single OPD are now opening their second and third locations. Solo doctors with a strong following are turning into mini brands. Patient demand is exploding. Awareness is at an all time high.
And yet, most of these clinics are bleeding growth.
Not because they are bad at medicine. Most of them are exceptional at medicine. They bleed because the ecosystem around them is broken. The agencies they hire are not built for clinics. They run cosmetic ad campaigns the way they run e-commerce campaigns, and the leads come in cheap and convert at six percent. The front desk that takes those calls is undertrained and the consultations that follow are unstructured. The Instagram is an inconsistent feed of stock posts that build no authority. The doctor's personal brand is non-existent or accidental. The reviews are good but the GMB is half filled. The CRM is a notebook. The reporting is a screenshot.
So the clinic spends one lakh on ads, generates two hundred leads, books fifteen consults, closes four cases, and the founder wonders why the math is not working. The agency blames the lead quality. The front desk blames the offer. The doctor blames the agency. Nobody owns the system because there is no system.
SBA was built to be the system. The full system. From the click on the ad to the cash collected at billing.
We were started by a medico, not a marketer. Our founder and CEO, Harshh Priyadarshi, MBBS (Hons), TEDx speaker, quit medicine with honours to build this. The first version of the system was put together for his father's friend, a plastic surgeon who was about to give up his practice because the math had stopped working. That clinic recovered. The second version was built for the next clinic. Then the third. 111+ clinics later, what started as one founder-doctor's rescue project has become an operating system that runs across India and the diaspora.
Today SBA runs ads, builds funnels, scripts consultations, trains front desks, builds doctors as personal brands, makes content, edits podcasts, builds CRM workflows, sets up reporting, and walks a clinic from chaos to a category leader. The work is structured around four engines. Patient Acquisition. Premium Conversion. Founder Brand. Operational Dashboard. We do not sell ads. We do not sell content. We sell a working revenue system, owned by the clinic's team, run by their front desk, and read by the doctor every Monday morning in eight numbers.
That is why SBA exists. That is why we are hiring.
The category we are insideAesthetic and dermatology in India is not a niche. It is a category that is going to mint hundreds of crore-level brands over the next decade. The math is simple. The middle class is expanding. Disposable income on appearance is at an all time high. Every metro and tier 2 city has more single-doctor clinics than ever. Hair transplant volumes are doubling. Skin treatments are becoming as routine as dental cleanings. The category is on the rise, but the operators serving it are still small and fragmented.
That gap is the opportunity. The clinics that will own their cities in five years are the ones that build proper distribution, proper conversion, and proper brand right now. The clinics that ignore this will disappear into the noise. The agency that helps the right ones win will become the most important growth firm in Indian healthcare.
That is the bet. SBA is that bet.
Most agencies are media buyers in a hoodie. We are not most agencies. The work here is layered across the four engines and the team that ships it has to be able to think across the stack. On any given week the same person might write a video script in Hinglish at 11am, look at a campaign performance dashboard at 1pm, listen to a recorded consultation at 4pm to figure out why leads are dropping at the offer stage, and end the day building a thumbnail for a doctor's YouTube channel. Range is the rule, not the exception.
This is not a vibes-driven shop. We document. We measure. We have an operating system. The Advertising OS. The Content OS. The Sales OS. The CRM OS. The Visual Content OS. Eleven of them, written, used, and updated by the team. New hires are trained on them in the first thirty days. Seniors are expected to upgrade them. Every campaign that goes live ships against a checklist. Every script gets internally scored before it leaves the building. Every weekly client review follows the same format so a clinic owner in Bangalore and one in Delhi get the same level of clarity. Compliance is built in. Every script, ad, and piece of content is checked against ASCI and DPDP guidelines before it goes live. Repeatable quality is the product. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified for that reason.
The pace is high. Not because we run people into the ground, but because the work compounds when you ship. We launch ads on Mondays, look at data on Thursdays, and reset on Fridays. We do not stretch one week of output across three. We do not build for the next quarter when this week's ad set is tanking. We move fast, then we measure, then we move again.
We are remote first. Most of the team operates from wherever they are most productive. Some roles are on site in Bangalore and Delhi. Tools, training, books, software, and creative budget are funded by the company. The standard is high. The autonomy is high. Both come together.
We run Meta and Google for clinics that spend anywhere between fifty thousand and twenty lakh a month. Patient acquisition systems. Funnel logic. Creative testing. Retargeting stacks. The work that actually generates the calendar.
Front desk SOPs. Consultation frameworks. WhatsApp nurturing. CRM logic. The bridge between a lead and a procedure that most clinics never build.
Doctor personal brands. Founder content. YouTube authority series. Instagram positioning. Podcast strategy. The compounding asset under the paid spend.
Short form editing. Long form documentary editing. AI image and video. Posters. Carousels. Thumbnails. Ad creatives. Where most ideas live or die.
High ticket aesthetic procedure closing. Offer design. Consultation scripts. Procedure presentation. The seat that converts authority into cash collected.
Weekly client reviews. 72-hour optimisation reports. Internal dashboards. Lead quality check-ins. The infrastructure that makes the rest of it auditable.
Most agencies promise growth and deliver salary. We are trying to deliver both. Below is the short version of what you actually get for showing up and shipping.
Base for bandwidth. Performance pay for outcomes. Sales seats stack base, percent on procedures, and percent on cash collected. The ceiling is set by what you ship.
Real ad spend. Real founders. Real consultations. Real revenue. After two years here you have a body of work most peers cannot fake on a resume.
You sit close to the CEO and the four engine leads. Decisions are explained. Strategy is shared. You see how a real category-leading agency is built, in real time.
Software, books, courses, AI subscriptions, and creative budget are funded by the company. If a tool makes you sharper, you do not pay for it.
Juniors who outperform run accounts inside ninety days. Seniors who build adopted systems name their next role. Promotion is decided by output, not by tenure.
Work from where you are sharpest. Some seats are on-site in Bangalore and Delhi. The rest is async-friendly with one shared rhythm: ship Monday, measure Thursday, reset Friday.
This is the part most career pages skip. We will not.
You will thrive at SBA if you are bored by safe work. If the idea of running the same campaign for two years makes you tired. If you read business and marketing books on your own time. If you have a portfolio of side projects that nobody told you to do. If you can sit through a forty minute Loom from a clinic founder and pull out the three things that actually matter. If you ship rough drafts on Monday and ten times better drafts by Friday. If you take feedback like an athlete, not like an artist. If your default move when a system is broken is to fix the system rather than complain about it. If you would rather be paid for what you produced than for what you attended.
You will struggle here if you need rigid hours, exact-instructions-only briefs, and a manager who will check your work line by line. You will struggle here if you wait to be told what to do. You will struggle if you treat work as a script and not as a craft. You will struggle if you cannot hear honest feedback without curling into a defensive posture. None of that is a personality flaw. It is just a fit issue. Better to know up front than waste each other's time.
Experience matters less than we ever thought it would. We have promoted twenty-two year olds over thirty year olds because the twenty-two year old shipped harder, learned faster, and treated every campaign like it was their own clinic. The most expensive line on a payroll is not a senior salary. It is a junior who is comfortable being mediocre.
How we hireRead the role page carefully. The work links you submit, the notes you write next to them, and the way you describe your past work tell us more than a resume. We look for proof. Numbers if you have them. Real outputs. Specific accounts you have run. Actual scripts you have written. We do not weigh CGPA. We do not care about which logo is on your last visiting card. We care about what you can ship from week one.
Shortlisted applicants get a small paid assignment that mirrors real work. We pay for it because your time is worth something even before you join. The assignment is reviewed by the people you would actually report to. If the work is strong, you get a conversation. If the conversation is strong, you get an offer. The whole process is built to be fast. We have closed hires in four days when the fit was obvious.
Pay and growthThere is a base that pays for your bandwidth. There is a performance layer that pays for outcomes. There is a learning layer where the company funds tools, books, courses, and travel that makes you sharper. Different roles have different mixes. Sales roles are heavier on commission. Creative roles are heavier on output bonuses. Strategy roles are heavier on retention and account growth. We do not believe in flat salaries that punish high performers. The ceiling is set by what you ship, not by what your designation reads.
Growth here is also non-linear. The team is still small enough that a junior who outperforms can be running an account inside ninety days. A senior who builds a system that the rest of the team adopts can name their next role. We do not have a corporate ladder because we do not yet have the corpus that corporate ladders are built on. We do have the highest leverage version of an aesthetic clinic agency in the country. That is what you trade up for.
The portfolio you walk out with at the end of two years here is the bigger flex. You will have shipped against real clinics, real ad spend, real consultations, real revenue. You will have a body of work that is hard to fake. That portfolio outearns most jobs your peers will be in.
Run more than twenty clinic accounts. Build organic engines that compound into walk ins. Move followers, saves, shares, DMs, and bookings. Vanity metrics are not the job. The job is making clinic content do real work.
View role and apply CreativeCut hooks that stop the scroll. Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad creatives. Pace, captions, sound design, scroll-stop frames. The engine room of every account we run. The cut is the product, and the band you sit in is decided by the quality of the cut.
View role and apply CreativeFifty brand-consistent pieces a day. NanoBanana, Midjourney, Firefly, Krea, Photoshop. Posters, carousels, ad creatives, thumbnails, podcast frames. The role is built for designers who already use AI as a layer in their workflow and care about output speed without slop.
View role and apply SalesClose high-ticket aesthetic procedures over phone, WhatsApp, and in-clinic. Five plus years of sales required. Bangalore JP Nagar, Bangalore Indira Nagar, or Delhi. Both incentive layers are uncapped and paid every month. Built to make a real closer walk away with a serious cheque.
View role and applyIf you are still here, you probably already know whether SBA is for you. Most career pages oversell. We try to do the opposite. The roles below are real. The pay bands are real. The ambition is real. The cost of joining a place like this is that easy days are not part of the package. The cost of not joining is that you will spend the next five years watching this category get built, from the outside.
Apply on the role page that fits you. Submit real work. Write notes that sound like a person, not a template. We read every application. We respond to the ones that move us. If you do not hear back, it is not personal. We hire slow on purpose, but we move fast once we see the right person.
Welcome to the long story of an agency that is still being built. The next chapter could have your name in it.
